Please, examine your product very carefully when you receive it. This includes checking for any defects and making sure it is what you have ordered. Our company will provide you with an RMA number for your return as well as the return address.

We do not refund or exchange any item if the item does not fit, the buyer does not like the item or the buyer does not like its color. We will refund if the item is not what as in the picture on our website or if the item damage and overlook by us. It is necessary that you notify our company within 3 business days after the delivery of your product. Also, we will not accept any claims after 14 days once the product deliver to your location.

All buyers are responsible for returning the item prior to any refund process. The original packaging is needed; therefore do not throw it away! Also, all products should return with its original boxes, cards, dust-bags, or covers in the same way that was delivered to your location. We will not accept returns that the item was worn or used. All items should be returned smoke-free and pet free.


We process refunds within 7-10 business days after receiving the item in the same condition that shipped. There is a 15% re-stocking fee on all returns.

We back up our product, it’s quality and effectiveness by 100%. We accept any returns for 14 days from the day the item deliveries to you. The item must return with all components it arrived.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are grant: (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, damage, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that returns more than 30 days after delivery.
